Grey Water (waste): Our Panther Camper did not come equipped with any waste-water holding tanks, but instead came equipped with a threaded external connector that drains the kitchenette sink. As you can see, we collect all of our grey water into a 5-gallon fuel container. To ensure that the sink drains properly, I added a 90-degree angled connector to help avoid the hose from becoming kinked. Initially, food debris kept clogging the angled connector's screened washer. After replacing the screened washer with a regular garden hose washer, the waste-water flowed like a river.

When you are the only light source around, every type of flying critter wants to come check you out. Changing the stock clear lens to this direct replacement amber lens from Bargman was one of our first modifications. The yellow-ish light our "porch light" now casts has really helped cut down on the number of buggers attracted to it. Our screen door no longer looks like an entomologist's dream!

Dishwashing Tip: If you have leftover food on your plate, scrape it off or use a paper napkin to wipe it off into the trash before washing. Oh yeah, wash from "not so dirty" to "yep, that's pretty dirty".

Avoidable Equation: Sharp Turn + Non-latchable Refrigerator = Eggs and Other Things Broken on Floor
What a terrible mess! On my pristine floor and just-washed carpet runner! And literally, three minutes into our trip. Since, solved with a 2 1/2-inch Patio (Sliding) Door Latch from Home Depot. Pin slips down into hole from refrigerator's reversible hinge. Fridge door now snuggly latches closed. It's still hard to talk about.
